Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item.

You can submit your return request through our chat (bottom right bubble chat) or via email to hello@ressayu.com. Please provide the following information:

• Order Number
• Return Reason
• Return Item (if you have more than 1 item in the order)
• Mailing address and name if different from the original order.

We will process your return within 1-3 business day. A free return label will be provided.

You can give the person receiving the gift the paper order slip. They can use the order number or provide the slip in our chat or via email at hello@ressayu.com. We'll provide a free return label.

After receiving the returned item, a gift card of the same value as the gift will be sent to the recipient.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Free shipping is applicable only to orders within the US. For countries other than the US, shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. Keep an eye out for exclusive deals, as we run discounts and promotions throughout the year.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
